Now's The Time To Fall In Love is a classic depression-era song that was introduced in the 1931 film Palmy Days - written by and starring Eddie Cantor. The song was written by the Tin Pan Alley duo Al Sherman and Al Smith. Cantor often featured this song on his weekly radio show. In 1932 the song was featured in the Betty Boop short Betty Boop's Bizzy Bee, and it appeared again Betty's next cartoon Betty Boop M.D., where it was sung by Betty as "Now's The Time To Buy Jippo."
