I'll Dance At Your Wedding (Honey Dear) is one of Mr Bug's three songs composed by the songwriting collaboration of Hoagy Carmichael and Frank Loesser. In 1941, Carmichael was a well-known and popular, and was one of the most successful songwriters of the 1930's. One of his most famous songs - Stardust - was recorded in 1927. In 1941, Loesser was in his early days of songwriting. Among of his earliest hits were Two Sleepy People and Heart and Soul - both composed with Hoagy Carmichael in 1938. Also in 1941, Loesser received his first of 5 Academy Award nominations - winning once for Baby It's Cold Outside in 1949. He also won a Grammy and was nominated for numerous Tony Awards - winning 4 awards.
