LITTLE ANN LITTLE AS BETTY BOOP - DO SOMETHING
Little Ann Little was the voice of Betty Boop from 1931-1933, and she appeared live as Betty Boop in the touring variety shows. Little Ann Little, whose real name was Ann Rothchild, was quite small at 4'10" - hence the name Little. She had been a member of the Pony Chorus with the Greenwich Village Follies, and she had appeared on a NBC television show. She got the job voicing Betty after winning a Betty Boop contest.
